On May 18-19, the university community will celebrate լƵAPP’s 113th birthday with its annual Day of Giving.
The լƵAPP alumni family will grow by about 5,500 new graduates as the university holds its spring commencement ceremonies.
Dr. Josh Wilder, who received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from լƵAPP’s College of Podiatric Medicine in 2016, looks to outwit, outplay and outlast the other contestants on Season 44 of “Survivor.”
The լƵAPP Board of Trustees has approved awarding Roe Green, MA ’80, a Doctor of Humane Letters, an honorary degree recognizing her contributions to the university and her advocacy for the arts not only in Northeast Ohio, but also across the nation and around the world.
լƵAPP will be equipped to offer more financial assistance to students in need thanks to donors to a key area of the university’s ongoing comprehensive fundraising campaign. The Forever Brighter campaign includes a scholarship-support component, Prioritizing Student Success, that now stands at $142 million, surpassing the $100 million goal set at the campaign’s outset in October 2021.
What a night it was at this winter wonderland! Sparkling lights lit up the ice rink as alumni and friends glided by. An acapella group and the spirit of Golden Flashes added to the magic of this winter night.
