The Ice Arena party room, which offers over 300 square feet of private space, is ideal for birthday party celebrations during the public skating sessions.

Outside food is prohibited.

Party Room

• $75 room rental due at the time of reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
• The room is available 45 minutes prior to and after the public skating session.
• The room has 6 - 8 tables and approximately 30 - 36 chairs.
• Party reservations must be made online and at least two weeks in advance.
• Public skating admission ($8 per skater) paid the day of the event.
• Bring your own decorations, cake, ice cream, and candles.
  • Balloons, tablecloths, signs, and streamers are welcome.
  • No confetti or glitter.
  • No personal tape, please ask an employee for tape
  • Cooler and freezer on site for storage
• Paper products (cups, plates, napkins) and cutlery are provided.
• One chaperone is required for every 10 participants under 18 years of age.

Catering Menu
 

The KSU Ice Arena is proud to have an exclusive partnership with Marco's Pizza bringing guests delicious, fresh catering items during your party celebration.  All orders will be handled and coordinated through the KSU Ice Arena. A KSU Ice Arena staff person will contact you to confirm your catering order. Payment for catering must be paid no later than the day of the party at the KSU Ice Arena.

• Public skating admission - $8 per skater
• Soda, 2-liter (Pepsi products) - $3 each
• Box of popcorn - $1 each
• Pot of coffee (approx. 80 oz.) - $5
• Pot of hot chocolate (approx. 80 oz.) - $5
• Pitcher of water - Free
