Kent Interhall Council (KIC) is the student government of the residence halls on լƵAPP's Kent Campus. KIC was founded on September 1, 1969. Our mission is to promote a positive living and learning atmosphere, as well as student leadership opportunities, within the halls. KIC provides student advocacy, funding and programming within the University Housing at լƵAPP.

- Kondoms on the K - Risman Plaza (The K) 11:00am - 3:00pm - Come to our Sex Week kickoff event! Our condom fairy and other volunteers will be handing out free condoms, sex week schedules, swag, and prizes.
- Sex Week Ho Down - KSC Ball Room - 7:00pm - Grab your hats and your boots and come on down to continue kicking off Sex Week in style. Free food, games, dancing, prizes, and MORE!
- Tuesday 10/24
- GreenDot - Twin Towers Center, Studio A - 3:00pm - Learn about ‘Green Dot’ and how to be a proactive change agent for victims of sexual violence and assault. Join the SRVSS Office for this information filled session!
- Sex Bingo with KIC and FAB - KSC Ballroom - 7:00pm - Join Kent Interhall Council for an evening of Sex Bingo. Come out and play for a chance to win some fun and wild prizes!
- Wednesday 10/25
- Ally Training - KSC 310 - 4:00pm - Support the LGBTQ+ community and learn how to be an ally! First 75 people at this event get priority seating at the Drag Show!
- Drag Show - KSC Ballroom - 7:00pm - Come enjoy a celebration in the court of the Drag Performers, featuring a RuPaul Drag Race Queen, local performers and our very own Kent State drag artists!
- Thursday 10/26
- Asexual/Aromantic Roundtable Discussion - KSC 310 - 4:00pm - Come learn more about the asexual/aromantic community as we discuss this topic at the LGBTQ+ Center!
- Sex In the Dark - Cartwright Auditorium - 7:00pm - Stay anonymous in this lights-off event while sexperts answer your deepest, darkest questions. No question too simple — or too outrageous. This is gonna be interesting! Free glow bracelets & necklaces.
- Friday 10/27
- Self-Defense Calss - The Rec and Wellness Center - 11:00am - Spend this session with KIC and the rec center staff learning how to identify unsafe situations and engage in an interactive class to protect yourself from abusive partners and strangers. Free Smoothies provided afterwards!
- I <3 Female Orgasm - KSC Ballroom - 4:00pm - Join us to laugh and learn about the “Big O”! Orgasm aficionados and beginners of all genders are welcome to learn about everything from multiple orgasms to that mysterious G spot.
- Sextoberfest - KSC Ballroom - 7:00pm - Join KIC for an interactive evening of engaging and educational games at Sextoberfest! Come on out for a Free Sex Week T-shirt, prizes, and food!
